Found this perfect little red wall on the side of the US Space and Rocket Museum when we were visiting there this past weekend. We’re member so we are there A LOT…the kids love it! And I got to say, every time we go I find something new to love.
I love this. I love this because life has been hard lately and knowing, hoping that it will get better is getting me through it.
My beloved grandpa, my mom’s dad, is dying. There is no nice way to put it. He had a stroke two years ago and it has been an uphill battle ever since. When I was in college, I was over at my grandparent’s home so so much and we grew quite close. I am so sad that I have not been able to get down to Florida as much as I would have liked these past few years. I am even sadder watching my mom handle this heartbreak. It’s a pain I never imagined.
I love and I mean LOVE downtown Huntsville. It is historic, adorable and damn near perfect. Now if only we could afford a home there! In the meantime, I will casually pose in front of other people’s home and pretend it’s mine. hah!
I love a good field jacket. I love it so much that I have two different versions! I have the green hooded one from JCrew and the khaki one from Old Navy. I love the khaki one for a warmer day…doesn’t have a liner. The JCrew one is thicker and has a hood which I LOVE so much and wear it on rainy days.
I am totally loving the one shoulder swimsuit for this summer! I think it’s flattering (who hates their shoulders??) and totally mom friendly. I absolutely love navy with tan so this is a no brainer combination to me.
Since swimwear and espadrilles tends to need replacing every year, I see no reason to spend a fortune on these items so I found these dupes and can speak firsthand that the quality of both the Old Navy swimsuit and GAP shoes are on point!
Wearing a PJ shirt past the hour of 10 AM on anything but a Saturday or Sunday used to be synonymous with a sick day, but thanks to recent fashion trends, wearing your favorite sleep shirt all day is now socially acceptable. It’s the little things that make me happy!
